If you’ve never played any of the Overcooked games but are dying to try it, you’re in luck. Team 17 and Ghost Town Games shared the news about the series’ transition to next-generation consoles. Apparently, both Overcooked games including all of the DLC will be remade for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. The pack will be called Overcooked! All You Can Eat.

And it won’t be just a simple port. According to the news, Overcooked! All You Can Eat includes enhanced visuals, with 4K resolution and 60 frames-per-second options, as well as faster loading times. Ghost Town Games rebuilt the first game using the Overcooked 2 engine and tweaked the second one with some new additions.

It’s also worth mentioning that the new version of the game will feature the first game in the series with an online multiplayer mode. Back when the original game was released, Overcooked didn’t have any of the cross-play options, but now it does. If you’ve never had a chance to invite your friend to your place to play the original, now you will be able to replay the game online!

As for in-game content, Overcooked! All You Can Eat will feature over 200 old levels and add 7 new ones to refresh your cooking experience. It will also feature 3 new chefs and a bunch of new trophies and achievements.

The new version of the game should be released alongside PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
