After a successful remake of Resident Evil 2, there was a lot of noise regarding possible Resident Evil 3 reboot for the next generation consoles. Silent talks proved to be true as Capcom finally and officially unveiled Resident Evil 3 remake for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. More so, the game will be coming out next April, so you can pre-order the game right now!
According to Capcom, Resident Evil 3 will get a similar treatment as its predecessor. The team has plans to modernize the game by ditching fixed camera angles, eliminating numerous other annoyances and remaking all the visuals of the game. However, that’s not everything we learned about Resident Evil 3 remake. According to the news, the new game will include a spin-off game Resident Evil Resistance. It’s a new 1 vs 4 asymmetrical online multiplayer game set in the Resident Evil universe. The description of Resident Evil Resistance says that in a game players will be able to “cooperate as one of four Survivors or as a twisted Mastermind attempting to stop them at every turn.”

Store listing says that Resident Evil 3 remake will launch on April 3rd, but with big games like this there’s a high probability of a slight delay, so keep that in mind before you commit to a purchase.
