Last week, FromSoftware, the developer behind such titles as Dark Souls and Bloodborne has dropped a new trailer for their newest upcoming project Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. The new Official Launch Trailer reveals plenty of unseen in-game details regarding the yet unrevealed bosses, some damn sweet prosthetic enhancement skills, and just a tiny bit more on the narrative. All of it is wrapped in an explicitly vibrant music track and packed with some top-notch visual effects.
IMPORTANT – even though the newest Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice trailer is just 2:47 in length, the video piece is quite revealing and contains a ton of never-before-seen footage! If you’re not the type who enjoys receiving a fair amount of information prior to the actual game’s release, this one (while undeniably awesome) should better be left unwatched. And if the hype is just too real within you, and you want ALL the tight-ass ninja action you can receive, check the link down below!
Right from the get-go of the trailer (5 seconds into, just to be precise) we receive a bunch of never-before-seen footage! First, there’s a new boss in town, a raging bull set aflame is charging straight into our protagonist. Second, Sekiro is shown to dodge the Blazing Bull’s attack by turning into a shadow and vanishing for a few seconds! If you’ve resisted the urge to click on the link up until now, good for you because that’s far from everything that the new trailer reveals!
If the entire trailer would’ve shown just these two details, it would’ve been plenty already, but if we know something about FromSoftware, it’s this. The developer tends to reveal a fair deal about their upcoming games during the very last weeks, and this trailer is nothing but a proof of it. It’s amazing, it’s slick, and it literally leaves you breathless for the whole 2:47 duration but If a single trailer is able to cause such an effect, can we even begin to imagine the full game’s potential?
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is hitting PS4, Windows PC, and Xbox One on March 22, 2019. It’s this week folks! You can Pre-order this magnificent ‘’One-armed Wolf’’ tale right now, right from Eneba!
