It is safe to say that Respawn Entertainment has plenty to do this time around. Apex Legends became a surprise hit, so the majority of the studios’ developers are working on it. However, during E3 2018 Vince Zampella reminded everyone that Respawn Entertainment is also working on a Star Wars game with nothing to show for it… Well, just for the time being.
Yesterday StarWars.com revealed that fans of the franchize will finally get their first glimpse to the game in a special event scheduled on April 13th. During a Star Wars Celebration Chicago, EA and Respawn Entertainment will host a panel where Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will likely be revealed in more detail.
To be honest, this is also just speculation and an educated guess, since neither EA nor Respawn Entertainment detailed what will be the topic of the panel. However, during EA’s Q3 2019 Earnings Conference Call, which happened fairly recently, Andrew Wilson, the CEO of the company, confirmed that the game is coming together spectacularly well and more details about it will be revealed very soon.
And if by some chance we’re mistaken, we hope to hear some details about the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order at least on ‘May the Fourth’. The date will mark exactly three years since the game was announced for the first time.
