It’s been a few months since the new PvE (player vs. environment) tier launched in World of Warcraft: Battle For Azeroth. The latest raid in the game, Uldir, has brought some memorable moments such as first ever live-streamed World First race. However, from the story perspective, Uldir’s narrative was heavily focused on Horde-side players, while members of the Alliance were just in for some sweet loots. The second raid tear of the expansion called Battle of Dazar’alor launches this Wednesday and brings back the balance of factions in a very unusual way.
Battle of Dazar’alor has a very unique design. Firstly, it’s a raid that’s taking over a major Horde city Dazar’alor. Secondly, the new raid provides both factions with 3 unique encounters, while the other 3 will be similar gameplay wise, but will have different models representing other lore characters. Lastly, you’ll be able to play through opposing faction’s events in the form of flashbacks. So, Battle of Dazar’alor will have 9 bosses in total, and the boss order will differ for each faction.
Bosses of the raid include:
Champion of the Light
Grong, the Jungle Lord (Horde) / Grong, the Revenant (Alliance)
Jadefire Masters
Opulence
Conclave of the Chosen
King Rastakan
High Tinker Mekkatorque
Stormwall Blockade
Lady Jaina Proudmore
