The Gameplay

Onimusha: Warlords is an action game, and thus, there’s plenty of things to slice and dice all throughout your journey. Along with your quest, your samurai will use a multitude of weapons, which are upgradeable after defeating certain enemies. While katana will be your bread and butter throughout the game, you’ll also be able to gain three elemental tools, each with a special elemental attack. By defeating the demons, you’ll acquire different coloured souls which will act as currency, or health and magic potions.
