What is the refund policy for mobile top-ups?

  • Cannot cancel or refund transactions that are successfully made where the publisher confirmed that the items were delivered successfully; 

  • Does not have the authority to transfer game items from one account to another or withdraw game items from an account for later refunds.

 

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the data you entered is correct.

All game items that have been purchased or shipped are final, and we do not accept refund requests for incorrect purchase transactions (e.g., wrong game ID, etc).
