I've earned coins playing games, but they haven't appeared in my profile yet. Why?

It can take up to an hour for coins to appear in your profile after earning them. This delay is necessary for us to accurately credit your coins. If you haven’t received coins within 7 days, please contact support by heading to the Snakzy app and clicking on the “Report a problem” link in the information section of the game you have been playing.
