Duplicate product code
Could you contact Steam support from the account you tried to redeem the code?
- Open Steam Support page.
- Scroll all the way down and click on Contact Steam Support.
- Write them a message explaining that you bought the key and it is showing as already activated.
- Provide them the key in the text (this is important as the key must be visible in the screenshot).
- Ask for the exact time and date of when the key was activated.
Please send a full-screen screenshot (from the desktop Steam application, not the browser) of the response you’ll receive from them.
Make sure this information is visible in the screenshot:
- Your code visible in the request.
- Answer of Steam of activation time.
- Your PC time.
