Prep Wizard Students in The Fool’s Apprentice

Gamers who fantasize about running Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry can live the dream from April 14, 2025 when The Fool’s Apprentice, a wizard academy management simulator by The Planar Danse studio, will be released for PC.
The Planar Danse is owned and operated by the workers of the company, and they aim to produce games driven by stories and adventure. One example of a game by the studio would be Skulltide from 2024, where players are tasked with hunting down necromancers.
“The Fool’s Apprentice sees players assume the role of a prestigious Arcanist in charge of their very own magic school,” the press release said. “Create a curriculum, research long-forgotten powers, and sacrifice (just some of) your students all in the name of the arcane sciences.”
Gameplay And Features
Set in the city of Golyron, its wizard academy’s apprentices are in need of training. They will need a curriculum to follow, research powers long-forgotten, and some may have to be sacrificed in the name of science along the way.
Meanwhile, it’s important to maintain appreciation from the people of Golyron with simple magic, but if they are kept in the dark there’s a chance that they will riot through the streets, resulting in loss of tenure at the academy.
Players’ decisions will affect the mood of the public. It’s possible to be a kind spell-slinger or a morally bankrupt leader. The direction of the wizard academy is in the hands of the players.
Along with appealing to the masses, the academy must also keep the apprentices in positive spirits. There are plenty of cosmetics and decorations to make the academy stand out and truly be one-of-a-kind.
It may never be as famous as Harry Potter’s Hogwarts, but The Fool’s Apprentice will certainly teach players a thing or two about running an academy for the next generation of Gandalf wannabes.
