GameSir Release Super Nova, a Wireless Multi-Platform Controller

Award-winning gaming peripheral company GameSir have released Super Nova, a wireless controller that works with PC, Switch, iOS and Android. It’s also fully customizable and includes plenty of gamer-friendly features such as Hall Effect triggers and RGB lighting.

The Super Nova is also designed with seamless gameplay connectivity in mind, as it’s possible to easily transition between connection types. From Bluetooth to wired mode, or using the wireless dongle, GameSir promises uninterrupted gaming.

“The controller allows for smooth transitions between platforms, with effortless mode switching to keep gameplay uninterrupted,” the press release said.

“Battery life is also managed effortlessly with an auto start-stop charging station,” it added. “A 1000mAh battery charges automatically when placed on the station, keeping the controller ready for action.”

All The Bells And Whistles Gamers Expect

The Super Nova is packed with all the mod cons gamers expect, and then some. The thumbsticks use Hall Effect technology to be drift-proof and are equipped with anti-friction rings, plus provide up to a 5 million cycle lifespan.

The 2-stage Hall Effect triggers allow for precision gaming, and the built-in grip vibration and 6-axis motion control can help create an immersive gaming experience. There are also two trigger level controls for fine-tuning responsiveness.

The Super Nova has a 1000Hz polling rate, leading to a reduced latency between input and action, which is especially useful for competitive gaming.

Super Nova Makeover

Serious gamers like to put their own stamp on their peripherals, and the Super Nova includes a handful of customization options. The faceplate can be swapped-out, as can the main face buttons.

The RGB light strips along the edge of the rubberized grips can be set to a variety of colorful schemes, and two back buttons allow for single button and macro configurations. And of course it comes with an app, so gamers can better tweak all of these settings exactly as they see fit.
