Bought the same game twice

We strongly recommend always double-checking your order so such an issue won't occur while shopping at our store. 

You can ask for a refund at any moment up until you display your key. Due to the nature of our digital products, we are only able to process a refund of a valid key if you have not accessed the product yet! 

To request a refund, you simply need to follow these steps:

1. Hit Redeem key on order from the My Library section in your account

 

2. Select Request a refund, and do not display the key

 

3. Fill out the refund request and confirm

4. Your refund will be issued almost instantly
