I don't have access to my 2FA anymore, how can I remove it?

To remove your 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) on Eneba, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support. Create a support ticket.

  2. Provide Information. In your support ticket, make sure to include:

    1. Details from Your Eneba Account. Include your name, address, phone number, and any other relevant details. 

    2. Payment Confirmation Screenshot. Attach a screenshot of the payment confirmation from your bank's application or webpage for one of the orders you made on Eneba before. 

  3. Wait for Assistance. Once you have submitted the support ticket with the required information, you will need to wait for a response from the support team. They will review your request and take the necessary steps to remove the 2FA from your account.
