Can I get my digital key refunded?

You can ask for a refund during the next 14 days after your purchase (based on vendors terms and conditions), up until you display your key. Due to the nature of our digital products, we are only able to process a refund of a valid key, if you have not accessed the product yet! 

To request a refund you simply need to follow these steps:

1. Hit Redeem key on the order, from the My Library section in your account

 

2. Select Request a refund, and do not display the key

 

 

3. Fill out the refund request and confirm

4. Your refund will be issued almost instantly
